Toute la production du Domaine est en BIO depuis 2002. Ce Côtes du Roussillon Villages n'échappe pas à la règle. Sa robe a pris un ton brun aux reflets acajou. Le nez franc est légèrement boisé (12 mois de foudre), sur une pointe d'épices douces. Vif, frais, ample et gourmand, le palais débouche sur une note finale aux tanins généreux.
