Il tire de ce mode d'élaboration une robe jaune d'or et un nez complexe et expressif, qui fait la part belle aux épices, aux fruits confits et aux fleurs de garrigue. Puissant et ample en bouche, boisé fondu aux notes de cuir. Bonne tension et finale longue. Une bouteille de caractère !
